As you know, once you activate your BirdEase site, you will have it for 365 days. This means that when your event comes and goes, you can still accept donations for your cause through your event website. You can do this through the Donations page. 

This page is useful before your event as well, especially for individuals who would like to contribute but cannot attend the physical event. 

Donations are processed in the same way as other payments. They will go directly into the merchant account you have setup, and the donators (and you) will receive and emailed invoice. 

To make this page visible, simply go to the Donations tab in the back-end of your event and select the checkbox that says "Display Donations Page". You will also want to add some “0”s to the end of that minimum donation number, which will increase the minimum and allow people to donate more. 


As always, be sure to save the changes, and you will see the Make a Donation page displayed prominently on your event site.
