If you have read any of our help files regarding the Message Center, or if you’ve had the chance to play around with it in your own site, then you know that it is an efficient tool for sending out mass emails to your guests (and prospective guests). In it, you can create custom messages, choose an email list and track the receipt of each message that you send out. 

Say you are writing a message to drum up some interest for your upcoming tournament—what better place to start than the golfers who attended last year? We’ve thought of this too, which is why we’ve incorporated an option to upload a list of previous year’s contacts right from this year’s message center.   First, go into the Message Center and start a new message. As you know, you will be asked for a title, and brought to a page where you can edit the body of the message. For this purpose, we will just be navigating to the second tab on the left-hand side, Recipients. In the Recipients tab, you will see a button that says “Add emails from…”, click that.  

One of the options here will be "Add Emails from "Previous Email Message". This will pull all of the previous recipients from your message center of past years, and will bring you to a screen where you can choose a list of recipients. Simply click, import the emails, and you are all set with a list of people to send out your message to!
