So you've constructed a big beautiful email, clicked Recipients, chosen your desired list, and then clicked "Send & Track."  But there's one problem:  It doesn't seem like your email is sending!  What to do? 

  1. In the vast majority of instances, when your email isn't sending properly, it's because the "Look & Feel" was never saved prior to the user clicking "Recipients."  If your email isn't sending, go back and check out the "Look & Feel."  If it's empty, you've found your problem. 
  2. Also, in rare instances, the queue might be backed up.  If this happens, just give the email a little while send, and it will likely go through just fine.  If your email has still not sent after an hour, shoot us an email @ support@birdeasepro.com or send us a message using the little blue & white speech bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen, and we'll do our best to diagnose the issue!
