When creating your charity event site, it is of the utmost importance that your supporters are recognized. With our software, we give you a couple different options with regards to displaying supporter logos for visitors to see. By making their logos prominent on your site, you are giving them due recognition and they will be more likely to help you out at your next tournament.
There are two places where you can easily display supporters logos: on the sidebar of your homepage or on the “Our Supporters” page.
This is an example of what the logo would look like on the sidebar of your site. You are also able to add a blurb and a link to the company’s website if you’d like that to appear when someone scrolls over the image.
We’ve designed the software so that the placement of a logo can be done in one simple step. It starts in the “Images & Logos” section in the event manager. Once you are here, you will select the image you would like to use by choosing “Browse” and locating it from somewhere on your computer. When the image has been chosen, be sure to give it an “Image Name” (for easy retrieval) and a “Company Name” (which will show up above the logo on the sidebar--some choose to use different text here, such as the type of sponsorship that company bought). In addition, you can add the company’s website link, Facebook link and a brief description.
Before uploading the image, be sure to check the box entitled “Display on ‘Our Supporters’ side bar?”, and once the image is uploaded it will appear there.
Getting the image onto the ‘Our Supporters’ page is just as easy as selecting the “Display on ‘Our Supporters’ page?” box below. The logo will then show up on the “Our Supporters” page on your forward-facing site. Below is an example of what that will look like.
