Example of Extra Content under an item for maximum flexibility on unique items

Here is how to do it!

It is still entirely possible to include a description in addition to Extra Content. In some cases, that may be the best option (which we will also discuss). But, if you’d like to only include Extra Content without a description, you’ll want to start by navigating to the Registration Items page on the back-end of your site.

Once here, select the registration you would like to edit, and make sure “Display Image and Description for Item” is unchecked. If you are using Extra Content in lieu of a description, you can just leave the description box blank (just be sure to save at the bottom). Next, you will navigate to the “Extra Content” tab.

Once you are in this area, you will basically use the text box the same way you would the Description box.

Of course, you will want to pay attention to how you are formatting the text in this description box. Because this text is going to appear underneath the package, you want to be sure that there is plenty of space above and below, otherwise the text might look more cluttered. Ideally you would want one ‘return’ on either side.

Keep in mind that you can also make other formatting changes, including the use of images, colors, bold, italic, etc. Play around with the formatting until it is exactly how you want it to be.
