Publish Event Web Site

This tab may seem self-explanatory, but there are a few key things to keep in mind.

First, this will likely be the very last step in the process of building your custom website. You only want to make your site available to the public once all the information is perfect—fully proofread, the dates and times set in stone, and the sponsorship/registration packages open for purchase.

Part of building your custom site is creating a vanity URL (such as www.birdeasepro.com/trial). Until your site has been published through this section, the public will not be able to navigate to this URL—so you will want to wait until you’ve gone live to advertise your event with the link.

Once you publish your site, it will be live for 365 days before it automatically expires.

When that time is approaching, you can purchase a new event credit and we can rebuild your site exactly how it was the prior year.
