In the Payment Options section, we do provide you with many different options with regards to setting up pre-existing merchant accounts to accept payments. However, if you do not have a pre-existing account (or even if you do!) we have implemented our own payment system that comes complete with many benefits to the user.

When you navigate to Payment Options, BirdEase Payments will be the very first option listed in the first tab “Accept Credit Cards & Payments”. If you have been using a merchant account and you’d like to make the switch then you can simply click the button below their logo that says “Stop Using ____”.

BirdEase payments may be the best option for you due to the convenience that is built right in. It offers direct funding to your bank account, automatic invoicing, no added fees, no contract, instant approval and only a 3.9% cost. We’ve found that in comparison to other merchant accounts, BirdEase payments run seamlessly and at little cost to the merchant.

How do I connect my bank account to Birdease Payments?

The set-up is pretty simple as well. All you need to do is read the terms and conditions, agree to them, and then click “Start Accepting Credit Cards”. This will prompt an email to be sent to you. In the email, you will be brought to a page that will prompt you to create an account by entering a password. It will ask for some additional information which will vary depending on which option you use to describe yourself (example: are you a non-profit, a business, or an individual?) All together, the information should take no more than 10 minutes to enter.

Once you click “Start Accepting Credit Cards” in BirdEase Payments, you will automatically be able to start taking payments. You will have 14 days after receiving your first payment to set up all of the information in your account, but we certainly recommend getting that together as soon as possible. After all, it is very quick and convenient.

If you are interested in setting up BirdEase payments, simply contact us and we can help you get the ball rolling.
