In a lot of cases, we work with organizations that return to launch their charity event website year after year. The cool thing about this is that we keep all of your events together. When you log in using the same credentials, you can see them all stored in the Dashboard so you can easily access them in the future. 

Sometimes we run into situations where the previous year’s event manager has left the organization or switched roles. In this case, there is often a new individual that would like to have full access to all of the past sites.

As long as you have the previous Event Manager’s log in, it is very simple to change the email and password preferences. Simply log in with their information, and you will see their email address located in the top right corner. Select “Preferences” in the drop-down menu. Within a few clicks, you can reset the email address and password-- just be sure to save when you are done!
